SHARIAH-COMPLIANT CONFIRMATION STATEMENT and ‘Salam Sejahtera’ The Managements of the Companies are responsible to ensure that their conducts and businesses are in accordance with the Shariah rules and principles, and it is our responsibility to form an independent opinion based on our review on the respective Companies and thenceforth produce this Confirmation Statement. We have reviewed interalia products, transactions, services, processes and documents of the respective Companies to ensure its compliance with Shariah. In performing our roles and responsibilities, we had obtained all the information and explanations which we considered necessary in order to provide us with sufficient evidence to give reasonable assurance that the respective Companies have complied with Shariah.
