33 Intended Outcome Board decisions are made objectively in the best interests of the company taking into account diverse perspectives and insights. Practice 4.5 The board discloses in its annual report the company’s policies on gender diversity, its targets and measures to meet those targets. For Large Companies, the board must have at least 30% women directors. Application : Applied. Explanation on application of the practice : Women Director on Board Current composition of the Board consist of 50% women representation, surpassed the 30% women on Board in Public Listed Companies as champion by the Minister of Woman, Family and Community Development as set out under the Corporate Governance Blueprint.
