They have no direct/indirect shareholding in Takaful Malaysia and BHB. (2) Datuk Zaiton Mohd Hassan and Puan Noraini Che Dan are Directors of Bank Islam and they are also Directors of BHB. They have no direct/indirect shareholding in Bank Islam and BHB. (3) Encik Khairul Kamarudin, the Chief Executive Officer of BHB is also the Chief Executive Officer of Bank Islam.
